Who We Are
Service After Service Inc. is a nonprofit organization founded by two veterans — Nnangasuobo Richards, a decorated Air Force veteran and Rutgers University graduate, and Loni Richards, a decorated Naval Officer veteran and United States Naval Academy graduate. With a combined 14+ years of military leadership and 24+ years of corporate leadership experience, they created Service After Service to give service members and their communities a lasting way to continue the tradition of selfless service.
Our mission is simple and enduring: serving our communities after serving our nation.
What We Do
Service After Service empowers veterans to lead community-centered programs and projects in a "Pay It Forward" manner that reflects the values they upheld in uniform. We create meaningful opportunities for veterans to channel their skills, discipline, and dedication into efforts that strengthen the communities around them.
